Jim Guy Tucker appeals from an order of the district court 1 on remand from our earlier decision in United States v. Tucker, 137 F.3d 1016 (8th Cir.1998). In that case, we ordered an evidentiary hearing on allegations that juror Renee Johnson had concealed material information during voir dire and had engaged in improper communications during trial. The district court held the required hearing and found that Johnson was not dishonest in her answers to voir dire questions concerning her familial relationships and possible bias against Tucker.
