ODENWALD, Judge.

David Thomas (Movant) appeals from the motion court’s denial, without an evi-dentiary hearing, of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief.

Background

Movant was charged by indictment with one count of robbery in the first degree, two counts of armed criminal action, and one count of assault in the first degree. On May 24, 2006, Movant pleaded guilty to robbery in the first degree and to one count of armed criminal action.
