Introduction
Appellant Tyrone Arnold (“Arnold”) appeals from the judgment of the motion court denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentia-ry hearing. Arnold pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to voluntary manslaughter and received a sentence of 20 years’ imprisonment.
