The plaintiff, Karen Guerri, the administrator of the estate of Craig S. Guerri (decedent), appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered after a jury verdict in favor of the defendant Mark *439Fiengo, a cardiologist.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly refused to submit an allegation of negligence to the jury.
