Defendant steamship company, owner of a steam tanker, appeals by permission of this court from a determination of the Appellate Term affirming two final judgments of the Municipal Court in favor of plaintiffs, three seamen on defendant’s ship. Plaintiffs claimed wrongful discharge. The defense was that the discharge, effected by mutual release, was in accordance with the contract or the shipping articles.
