Affirming.

Kentucky street in the city of Louisville runs east and west and crosses Brook street, which runs north and south. In 1886 the estate of J. G. Goldback, of which Catherine Goldback was executrix with power to convey real estate, owned a lot at the northwest corner of the junction of Kentucky and Brook streets, which fronted on Kentucky street 240 feet and ran back north on Brook street .160 feet to an alley 20 feet wide. - On the 22nd day of June of that year the executrix of the Goldback estate conveyed to the Louisville school board the west 140…
