DUHÉ, Circuit Judge:

Appellant, Clinton Howard, appeals his conviction and sentence imposed after a jury convicted him for possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). We affirm.

Background

On April 9, 1991, special agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (“BATF”) received an anonymous call concerning drug activity at 618 N. Rocheblave St., New Orleans.
