Supreme Court, New York County (Carol E. Huff, J.), entered October 25, 1989, which, inter alia, denied in part defendant’s motion for a protective order, is unanimously reversed, on the law, on the facts, and in the exercise of discretion, solely to the extent appealed from, and that portion of the order which requires defendant to answer certain interrogatories and produce certain documents is vacated, with costs.
