OPINION AND ORDER

PEREZ-GIMENEZ, District Judge.

The defendants in this ease brought under the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”), 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., have moved for dismissal thereof on jurisdictional grounds. Specifically, they contend that exception (b)(1) to § 3603 applies in the present instance so as to bar plaintiffs from seeking any relief before this forum. For the reasons fully discussed below, the Court holds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction to entertain the case. As a consequence thus, it must be dismissed.(i) The Facts
