CASTLE, Senior Circuit Judge.

Defendant Chrysler Corporation discharged Terrence J. Harrison on December 5, 1966, on the ground that he had falsified a production count. Denying the alleged falsification, Harrison sought reinstatement and back pay by resorting to a grievance procedure established under the collective bargaining agreement between Chrysler and his Union.1 At the conclusion of the grievance proceeding, Harrison was granted reinstatement but denied back pay.
