Appellants Gary D. McQuillan and America’s Truckaway Systems, Inc., (ATS) appeal the judgment of the Carroll County Circuit Court, Western District, awarding damages in the amount of $17,509.52 and $1,000.00 in attorney’s fees to Appellee Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation (MBCC) for its claims of replevin and conversion against Appellants. On appeal, Appellants assert that the trial court erred in finding that a conversion had occurred and in calculating the damages and fees awarded to MBCC.
