Norfleet Sawyer is currently serving a twenty-year prison sentence for robbery with a deadly weapon. On this appeal from the District Court’s denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, 1 he presses only one of the constitutional challenges to his conviction which he raised before the lower court.
