| t Defendant-Appellant Lafayette Insurance Company appeals the judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Neal Auction Company, Inc. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Neal Auction Company, Inc.
