Currently pending before the Court is Magistrate Judge Arlene R. Lindsay’s Report and Recommendation dated August 8, 2016 (the “R & R”) with respect to defendants Select Comfort Corporation, Select Comfort Retail Corporation, and Select Comfort Wholesale Corporation’s1 motion for attorneys’ fees.
