Virginia Hanson (Hanson) and her husband, Francis Hanson (collectively plaintiffs), appeal from a judgment in the Superior Court granting a motion for judgment as a matter of law in favor of Edwin Singsen, M.D. (Dr. Singsen or defendant), 1 on the grounds that the plaintiffs failed to prove proximate causation in their medical malpractice claim, that the plaintiffs failed to prove their informed consent claim, and that the statute of limitations barred the plaintiffs’ claims.
