Appellant Aquiles Chavez-Palacios was convicted of two counts of unlawfully transporting illegal aliens in violation of 8 U.S. § 1324(a)(1)(B) and with aiding and abetting his co-defendant Reynaldo Torres-Saucedo in the commission of these offenses pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2. On appeal, he asserts that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction under § 1324, along with two claims under the Sentencing Guidelines regarding the length of his sentence.
