Plaintiff Erin O’Connor brings this action against Defendant Nationwide Children’s Hospital alleging four claims: 1) wrongful termination; 2) violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. (“FMLA”); 3) a battery claim; and 4) a products liability claim. This matter is before the Court on Defen*676dant’s Motion to Dismiss all of Plaintiffs claims against them (Doc. 3).
