Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing the action following the court’s order sustaining an objection to the introduction of any evidence on the ground that the amended complaint failed to state a cause of action.

The action was brought under section 2224 of the Welfare and Institutions Code. By its pleading plaintiff alleged that, commencing July, 1936, and continuing until the time of filing the action, plaintiff had paid in monthly installments the total sum of $1515 to Cora E.
