This is an appeal from an order allowing a special motion to dismiss pursuant to G. L. c. 184, § 15(c ), in an action for lis pendens.4 A judge of the Superior Court granted the motion on the grounds that the plaintiffs, Ronald Rudnick and Thomas Kennedy, failed to demonstrate the existence of an accepted offer that satisfied the Statute of Frauds. We affirm.
