—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Nicholas Figueroa, J.), rendered February 4, 1998, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 9 to 18 years, unanimously modified, as an exercise of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the sentence to a term of 6 to 12 years and, except as so modified, affirmed.
