Larry Wright was found guilty by a jury of (1) knowingly and intentionally attempting to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and (2) possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking. He appeals the district court’s instruction to the jury, exclusion of evidence regarding his theory of defense, and denial of his motion for a new trial.
