This Court heard the liability phase of trial, beginning on March 22, 2010, for a span of three days and heard the fourth day on April 7, 2010. At the conclusion of Plaintiffs case, this Court took certain aspects of Defendants’ Motion to Strike under advisement. Specifically, whether Plaintiff adequately made a prima facie showing that Defendants misappropriated trade secrets, that Defendants were involved in a civil conspiracy, and that Brian Thomas breached his fiduciary duty to Tryco.
