The defendant, Luis Gerónimo Claudio, appeals from the judgments of conviction rendered by the trial court following his conditional pleas of guilty to possession of marijuana in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (c), evasion of responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of General Statutes § 14-224 (b) and assault of public safety personnel in violation of General Statutes § 53a-167c.
