The defendant, Valdir M. Lage, appeals from the trial court’s judgment denying his motion to vacate the judgments and withdraw his guilty pleas, related to six distinct charges,1 which he entered at two separate proceedings. The present appeal is complicated by the fact that it represents the culmination of a series of charges and guilty pleas thereto, which resulted in a prison sentence and probation for each offense.
