¶1 In this consolidated appeal, Maurice McDaniel appeals his convictions for attempted first degree murder,1 first degree robbery,2 both with firearm enhancements, and first degree unlawful possession of a firearm.3 Direce Marlow appeals his convictions as an accomplice to McDaniel’s first degree robbery, with a firearm enhancement, and first degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
