This cause is before the court on Plaintiffs Motion to Strike. The underlying cause of action arises from an employment discrimination charge against which the defendant has filed a motion for summary judgment. Pursuant to the requirements of Local Rule 56.1, Plaintiff, Sonia Goltz (Goltz), filed her response brief and statement of genuine issues in opposition to defendant’s motion.
