The appeal is from ian order of Hon. S. W. G. Shipp, Circuit Judge, denying motion of the defendant, the Orange-burg Fertilizer Company, appellant here, to change the venue of the action from Barnwell County to Orangeburg County, under the provisions of subdivision 1 of Section 176 of the Code of Civil Procedure (1912).

The contention of appellant is that the defendant, Orangeburg Fertilizer Company, is a domestic corporation, having its principal and only place of business in Orange-burg County, and that it is entitled as a matter of…
