The National Labor Relations Board (Board) petitions for enforcement of its order of September 8, 1977, finding respondents Erlich’s 814, Inc., Erlich’s Northwest, Inc., Capri Launderers and Dry Cleaners, Inc. and Erlich Cleaning Co. in violation of § 8(a)(5), (3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 151 et seq.
