This case is before the court upon Mr. Jose M. Monge Robertin, CPA, CIRA and Monge Robertin & Co.’s (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Monge”) motion for reconsideration of a court order (Docket No. 132) whereby Mr. Monge’s application for compensation (Docket No. 99) was stricken in its entirety as requested by the Chapter 7 trustee (Docket No. 142).
