MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

In this case, the plaintiff, Randy K. Wilson ("Wilson"), claimed he sustained personal injuries when he slipped and fell on an icy walkway after exiting his vehicle on the morning of November 14, 1997 when he was going to work at H Maimen Company ("Maimen").
