DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause is before the Court after a Continued Hearing on the Debtors’ Objection to the Motion of the United States Trustee to Dismiss Case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2) and (b)(3). With regards to its basis for dismissal under § 707(b)(2), this Court, in a prior Decision and Order entered on March 20, 2007, Denied the Motion of the United States Trustee to Dismiss. (Doc.
