Certiorari to the recorder’s court of the city of Detroit. Respondent was convicted in the lower court, and fined $25, for operating an automobile in *674the streets of the city of Detroit without having first registered said automobile, and without placing thereon a number, as required by an ordinance of said city. We are asked to set aside said conviction upon the ground that said ordinance is invalid.
