The circuit court of Cook county having sustained a demurrer to a bill for an injunction and dismissed the bill for want of equity, the complainants have appealed.
The Chicago Motor Coach Company and several of its employees, in behalf of themselves and all other persons similarly situated and with like rights, filed a bill in the circuit court of Cook county against the city of Chicago, its mayor and superintendent of police to restrain the enforcement of an ordinance of the city.
