Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Delaware County) to review a determination of the Board of Supervisors of Delaware County, which dismissed petitioner from his position as Commissioner of Social Services for Delaware County. In May, 1972, petitioner was appointed by the Board of Supervisors of Delaware County to serve as that county’s social services commissioner for a term of five years.
