This appeal in a workmen’s compensation case is by the respondent and insurance carrier from an award of the district court made on an application for a review and modification under R. S. 1931 Supp. 44-528 on the grounds that the award was inadequate and that the incapacity and disability of the claimant had increased since the original award had been made. This application was filed with the commissioner before the final payment had been made under the original award. The examiner upon a full hearing increased the award, which was…
