Appellants Charles Kane and Harley Kane (“the Kanes”), both attorneys, were accused of impropriety in settling a number of lawsuits. See Kane v. Stewart Tilghman Fox & Bianchi, P.A., 85 So.3d 1112 (Fla. 4th DCA 2012). After prevailing in a non-jury trial, Appellees Stewart Tilghman Fox & Bianchi, P.A., William C. Hearon, P.A., and Todd S. Stewart, P.A., obtained a substantial judgment against the Kanes. The Appellees subsequently sought to garnish payments from the Kanes’ law firm, Appellant Kane & Kane, P.A.
