This is an appeal by the libelee from a decree of absolute divorce rendered in favor of the libelant after a contested trial in which the parties were the principal witnesses. The grounds alleged in the libel and upon which the decree was granted are those defined in para: graph 8 of section 4460 of the Revised Laws of Hawaii 1935, as amended by Act 27, Session Laws 1935.
