This is an action brought pursuant to the provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq. Plaintiffs Elliott and Nancy Cone (the “Cones”) allege that Defendant Randolph County Schools Board of Education (“RCS”) failed to provide an appropriate placement for their son, Elliott Hamilton Cone, III (“Elliott”). (Doc. 1.) Before the court are cross motions for summary judgment; the Cones seek recovery of tuition costs and attorneys’ fees, and RCS seeks a ruling that it complied with law…
