This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Costantino, J.) entered July 13, 1981, granting plaintiffappellee’s motion for a preliminary injunction and denying the motions of defendants-appellants, Duane C. Harden and Beta-corn Corporation to dismiss the second amended complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.
