OPINION OF THE COURT

MOODY, Senior Judge:

Before a general court-martial consisting of a panel of officer members, the appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of damage to non-military property, one specification of larceny, and two specifications of communicating a threat in violation of Articles 109,121, and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 909, 921, 934. He was convicted, in accordance with his pleas, of one specification of adultery in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
