Mrs. Joe J. Durham filed.her claim for compensa tion with the Industrial Board, on account of the accidental death of her husband, against Howe Durham, trading as the Durham Iron Company. The single director rendered an award in favor of the claimant, which, on appeal, was approved by the full board and was then affirmed by the superior court. The defendant excepted, and brought the case to this court by bill of exceptions.
