On March 6, 1939, there was issued by the clerk of the superior court of Sumter County a fi. fa., directed to the sheriff of said county, his lawful deputies, etc., commanding that of the goods and chattels of Howe Durham, trading under the name of Durham Iron Company, they cause to be made the sum of $1487.50 which Mrs. J. J. (Sue) Durham recovered against said Howe Durham under award of the “Industrial Court of Georgia;” the said sheriff being directed to have the said sum of money before the superior court of Sumter County on the fourth Monday in May, 1939.
