FANNING, Justice.

A venue case. W. A. Denton and wife, Mae Denton, sued Lloyd Wallace in the District Court of Upshur County, Texas, for damages for personal injuries and property damages sustained as a result of a collision in Upshur County, Texas, between the motor vehicles operated by Mrs. Denton and Mr. Wallace. Defendant Wallace, a resident of Dallas County, Texas, filed a plea of privilege.
