York Road Realty Co., L.P. (York Road) appeals from the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court’s (trial court) July 17, 2015 order sustaining Cheltenham Township’s (Township) preliminary objections and dismissing York Road’s complaint and petition for appointment of board of viewers (Complaint/Petition).
