Case Summary

Karin Schwab (“Schwab”) appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Kyle Morrissey and Jamie Morris-sey (collectively, “the Morrisseys”) on Schwab’s appeal of a small claims court judgment.

We reverse.
