These consolidated appeals are before us for consideration as on leave granted. In Docket No. 269352, defendants Stephen William Robinson, Jr., M.D., and Second Opinion, EC. (collectively “the Robinson defendants”), appeal the trial court’s order denying their motion for summary disposition.
