ALDRICH, District Judge.
This is a motion to strike claims for equitable relief in a suit brought under § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185. The relief requested is specific enforcement of the arbitration provisions of a collective bargaining contract. Thus I am asked to review the decision of Judge Wyzanski in Textile Workers Union v. American Thread Co., D.C.D.Mass., 113 F.Supp. 137. This is a duty not lightly *666to be undertaken, but the arguments presented seem sufficiently persuasive to warrant such consideration.
