The plaintiff as a taxpayer brought .this action to enjoin the defendant district board of a Greenwood county rural high school from issuing bonds in the sum of $50,000 which the district had voted for the purpose of constructing a school building. Plaintiff alleged that the proposed issue was subject to certain infirmities — that the notices of the election were neither printed nor typewritten as the statute requires, that the site of the proposed school building was not definitely fixed, that some of the notices were not personally signed…
