— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 28, 1977, and amended on December 6, 1977, convicting him of four counts of murder in the second degree (two counts of felony murder and two counts of common-law murder), and two counts of assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
