Pierce filed a bill in equity against John Cleland and John Simpson, praying upon the facts therein averred for an injunction restraining the defendants, their employees and workmen, from erecting a “ fence ” or partition, or in any way interfering with the plaintiff’s use of the entrance, corridors, or stairs of a certain building described in the bill.
